The Triple C Saddle Club rides and meets in Shedden Ontario. We offer Family, Single, And day pass memberships to any person who wishes to ride for the whole season with us or just a day. Show Rules

Triple "C" Saddle Club follows Mid-Western Ontario Horseman's Society rulebook. There has been some changes to rules this year, those rules are:
1. Properly fitted helmets must be worn by all riders under 18 years at all times while on horseback. All riders are required to wear hard soled riding roots with a heel greater them 1.5 cm.

2. Jr. B classes

a) Prohibits the use of crops, bats, whips and over-under ropes.

b) Performance competitors are allowed to ride with two hands but only if they are using a snaffle bit. Riders using a shank bit will be asked to use one hand or else will be placed lower then the people following the rules.

3. Jr. B Div. 2 are riders on ponies(under 13hh)under the age of 7 OR Rookie riders over the age 7. Riding collectively at a lope is forbidden

4. Texas Speed and Action, for safety reasons once a barrel has fallen riders must immediately stop the course and are disqualified.

5. Height requirements 13+H for Jr.A, Adult or Novice Riders.

6. Belts and belt buckles are OPTIONAL for western speed events only.

7. To be eligible for year end awards a rider must be a member and show in at least 3 shows. Exhibitor/horse must compete in 50%(rounded down) of the class held during the year.

8. Points are kept on the basis of 4 best shows. A 5-point scale will be used, awarding 5 points for first, 4 point for second, 3 points for third, 2 points for forth, and 1 point for fifth.

9. Running through the gate. Pillions will be set up 10 ft. from the gate. If you are inside the pillions you are allowed to enter any way you wish. You must leave the ring under control.
